Arlaes Management S.L. is a tourism investment and operation company established in 2021 in Madrid, Spain. With more than 30 years of combined experience in international business and knowhow, the shareholders of Arlaes integrate and transfer their gained experiences into the company. In 2002, we have acquired the first hotel investment abroad, a 4-star hotel Hard Rock Hotel Madrid with a 162 rooms capacity in Madrid, Spain which has been in operation for nearly one year. Another 5-star hotel with a 100 rooms capacity also acquired in Rome, Italy which is currently under renovation with a conversion to a top luxury international brand. At last we have added Arlaes, Park Inn by Radisson Odayeri with 97 rooms capacity which was operated under our portfolio previously.
